𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒:
- Nominated candidates may begin their campaign activities effective immediately upon receipt of this notice. As a University, candidates are encouraged to communicate in English during their campaign. No campaign activities are permitted on the election day.
- On the polling day, students must present their student ID card or a copy of their Enrolment Confirmation Letter to the Presiding Officer before casting their ballot. The list of students eligible to vote has been posted on Faculty noticeboards.
- Presiding Officers will be stationed at all designated Polling Stations during the Election Day to assist you in the election process.
