2. ELECTION TIME: 08:00 am to 04:00 pm

– Upper Panatina Campus
– Pavilion (FEH and UPC Students)
– Lower Panatina Campus
– DFL Admin Office (For DFL Students)
– Ranadi Campus
– Fisheries Complex (For Fisheries and Maritime Students)
– Kukum Campus
– FAFF Admin Office (For FAFF Students)
– Lecture Theatre (For FST Students)
– Common Hall (For FBT, Tourism, and FNHS Students)

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
1. Nominated candidates can begin campaigning upon receipt of this notice. Campaigns are to be conducted in English. No campaigning is allowed on election day.
2. On polling day, students must present their student ID card or a copy of their Enrolment Confirmation Letter to the Presiding Officer before voting. The list of eligible voters is posted on Faculty noticeboards.
3. Presiding Officers will be available at all Polling Stations on election day to assist with the voting process.
