This unit provides opportunities for ECE teacher trainees to learn knowledge and skills about school budgeting and designing projects for ECE school grants. The unit will cover areas such as: ECE Centre grants, budget planning, control, and monitoring. Student teachers will learn about the transition between planning and controlling and managerial responsibilities. Know how to structure and forecast revenue. Learn about budget controls, measuring financial performance, and creating financial reports.
