Unit Title: Integrated Library Management System(Automation)
This unit includes 12 individual topics. The topics will provide you with advanced knowledge of the Integrated Library Management System (ILMS) to automate the library operational process.Β This unit covers the knowledge and skill that need to effectively manage the processes of acquiring, organizing and disseminating the sources and services making available for library users. It includes planning, implementation, administration and management policies, procedure and practices that are involved. Relational database and software in use are discussed. The twoΒ graphical user interfaces (administrator and end-user) characteristics via module structures will be taught.
