The Leading Educational Systems unit will prepare educational leaders to better manage the education systems, resources, curriculum, facilities and personnel under their charge. The unit will provide the opportunity for educational leaders to learn to be action-oriented individuals who anticipate the short- and long-term consequences of their strategies.
