Unit Title: The Process of Teaching and Learning
Planning and preparation are integral parts of teaching. This unit presents an overview of the teaching and learning process, and is based upon a systematic approach to planning and preparation. The unit serves to introduce course participants to aspects of the teaching/learning process as a whole and it thus serves as a vehicle for induction into the Adult Learners Training programme.
